Salary: £19,245 FTE Actual Salary: £8,974 (Initially 1 year fixed term contact with the possibility to extend)
ElmWey Learning Trust is a growing multi-academy trust located in Elmbridge. Our students are well motivated and high achieving. Heathside School is our lead academy, located in Weybridge and is a successful and oversubscribed 11-18 secondary school.
We are seeking an Administration Assistant to join us as soon as possible to oversee the printing and photocopying provision at our vibrant and busy secondary school. Your duties will include; operation and general maintenance of photocopying, binding and laminating equipment; the design and production of some school communications and publications; control and ordering consumables and to assist with tasks such as reception cover and assisting with school displays.
The ideal candidate will be creative and possess strong IT skills. A knowledge of Adobe creative suite products i.e. Indesign and Illustrator would be advantageous. In addition you must be able to work independently and as part of a team, possess the ability to use relevant technology/equipment and help others to do so. The ideal candidate will have a positive can do attitude and the willingness to go the extra mile to help support both teachers and support staff.
