Salary £27,337- £32,819 per annum FTE Part-time and Term Time - Up to 10 hours per week (Additional Hours or Full-time may also be possible)

ElmWey Learning Trust is a growing multi-academy trust located in Elmbridge. The role is based at Heathside, Weybridge, our lead academy which is a successful and oversubscribed 11-18 secondary school.
We are seeking an experienced candidate to work in this new position within our Trust. The role provides a unique and flexible opportunity for career development as our trust expands. Currently we are planning the opening of a brand new local secondary school and it is anticipated that the successful candidate will help develop policies and procedures in the new school as part of a trust wide compliance framework. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of compliance ideally within the education sector including:
The successful candidate will be the designated Data Protection Officer for the Trust and will develop and implement a compliance framework for the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) tailored to the needs of the Trust and all its Academies. You will also play a key part in developing a trust wide communication strategy and in particular developing our web presence including the use of digital technologies.
In addition you should possess a pragmatic approach, excellent organisational skills, be detail focused and keen to make a positive contribution to developing our growing trust.
