Over previous years we have been pleased to see past students go onto fantastic apprenticeships, including at the following companies – BBC, Santander and Princess Cruises. We appreciate that University is not the option all students wish to pursue and we want to ensure that those who are interested in apprenticeships are well informed about the options available to them.
In Year 12, students considering apprenticeships, attend the National Apprenticeship Show.In Year 13 they will attend an employability workshop hosted at P&G, followed by an apprenticeship workshop through ALPS.Students receive individual advice and guidance based on their particular area of interest.
For students interested in apprenticeships, the links below will help in terms of searching for current vacancies and finding out more about how apprenticeships work.
Miss Balson, Director of Sixth Form and the school’s Careers Lead is able to help and advise students further.
